In-Class:
1. We went over the MATTER UNIT TEST.... Students are able to make corrections to every question that they lost points on. They should do their work on a NEW SHEET OF PAPER to earn up to half of their points back. Corrections must include the correct answer and a complete sentence (or more) explaining why that answer is correct and/or why the original provided answer was incorrect. Corrections are due WEDNESDAY!
2. Students had work time on their first MATTER CER....They took their graphic organizers from before break and wrote complete sentences to support their ideas. Our focus in selecting EVIDENCE that proves our claim. Be sure to site (or refer to) pages in your textbook, quotes from an article or concepts from a video.
Assignment(s):
1. Test corrections due WED
2. First draft of CER due WED
BRING YOUR SCIENCE BOOK TOMORROW AS WE WILL NEED TO SWITCH OUT OUR BOOKS AGAIN... :)
